ABOUT ME

  • Results oriented full service commercial real estate brokerage firm providing agency representation of tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers.  Property types include office, retail, industrial, flex and land across the Denver Colorado Metro Area; deals completed over the years from Fort Collins to Castle Rock.


  • Your real estate objectives are my objectives. I, not an inexperienced associate, will work directly with you to ensure your objectives are met.


  • Twenty years of commercial real estate industry experience on top of several years of very broad experience including Big Four public accounting and C-Suite finance and operations management positions in large and small public and private companies in a variety of industries. 

 

  • Demonstrated leadership skills by being frequently asked to serve non-profits on board leadership roles. 


  • Many experiences outside of commercial real estate facilitate my understanding of what it is like to stand in my clients’ shoes.


  • Recently, I have been asked to assist in some small business sales and purchases. As a result, I have helped close two transactions. During my years serving clients as a CPA and later in industry as senior accounting/finance officer, I was regularly involved in M&A activity. Although this is a service that I have not promoted, I am willing to consider these projects on a selective basis.


  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal effectively with a wide range of persons from front line staff to board members, elected officials, and professional advisors.
